Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or via partner platforms such as Booking.com.

A reservation is considered confirmed only once a written confirmation has been sent by email.

Rates are shown in euros or Moroccan dirhams, depending on the booking channel.

Depending on the booking conditions:

a deposit may be required to confirm the reservation,
the remaining balance may be paid upon arrival or before arrival, according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

cancellations made several days before arrival may be free of charge, depending on the selected offer,
late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges equivalent to one night or the total amount of the stay.

Any request to modify a booking (dates, room type, number of guests) is subject to availability at the time of the request.

The riad reserves the right to adjust rates according to the new booking conditions.

Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Late arrivals must be communicated in advance.

Subject to availability, an early check-in or late check-out may be offered.
